We have been in the precious metals business for over 35 years. Jim Pavlakos started in 1974, and his son Andrew has joined forces at the mint to continue the growth and future of the Golden State Mint. We have produced millions of rounds for very large coin and bullion dealers throughout the years. It is well known that Golden State Mint gets the job done, and hasn't ever failed to meet any of its' commitments to customers. We have the shortest lead times in the industry, and always meet or beat our guaranteed delivery times.

Golden State Mint uses state of the art processes, and continuously expand to meet all the needs of our customers. We are continually adding equipment to our production line to provide the best quality and delivery of product. Recently, we have added another extrusion press, coining press, and have also more than doubled our melting capacity.

Using the very best method of producing the silver planchets (blanks) affords us the ability to have very little waste to recycle and give the best pricing possible. Having multiple facilities allows us to specialize in exacting the needs of our customers.
