Payment

Funds for orders must be received via bank wire, cashier check, money order, or personal/ business check prior to shipment. Due to the nature of the silver bullion market, wire transfers must be received within 36 hours of price lock or invoice issuance. Prices will be locked-in at the time of purchase for a period of up to 7 business days to allow for mailed funds to be received and processed. Allow 10 business days to assure good funds on checks. Shipping & wire info will be supplied as necessary.

Terms of Sale

Due to the nature of the precious metals markets, all payments must be made within 36 hours of price lock or invoice issuance. Do not place an order until your funds are available and in-place for payment, banks may often have various required "Hold" times. All orders are non-cancelable. We purchase the metal on your behalf, and prepay for the delivery of it. Our minting charges are too low to permit credit/ debit card fees or PayPal.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE WITHIN 36 HOURS OF PURCHASE

ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 4 WEEKS MAXIMUM OF CLEARED FUNDS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- BANK WIRE ONLY

Payment options are:

1.   Bank Wire- Required for any orders 500 troy ozs and above. This method of payment will give you the fastest return delivery. Funds are available to us the next day after your bank has sent the wire. Wire info will be given on the invoice issued and/ or as necessary.

2.   ACH- Please fax, or scan and email a copy of your business/ personal check. Free of charge. There will be 5 business days of processing time, after your payment has posted to the account. 

a)    Make payable to Golden State Mint, and completely fill-out the check as you normally would. Please send a copy of your (1) Completed Check, (2) Invoice, (3) Identification Card or Driver License and (4) a brief statement authorizing Golden State Mint to process your payment and your signature.

d)   When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. NEVER POST-DATE A CHECK.

3.   Check (Business or Personal)-There will be 10 business days of processing time after your payment has been received and posted to the account. Not accepted for orders of 500 ounces or greater. 

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to process the payment as a check transaction. Funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.        

NEVER POST-DATE A CHECK.

4.   Cashier Check or Money Order- Not accepted for orders of $10,000.00 or greater. There will be 10 business days of processing time after your payment has been received and posted to the account.
