Golden State Mint Payment Methods

Payment Options:

Online Check

Within your secure online Account Profile, please completely fill out your business/ personal check information. Free of charge. Whether your order is placed online or by phone, check payment is completed online within your Account Profile. This payment method is not for mailed checks. It is for online ACH payment only. There will be a minimum of 6-10 business days of processing time after your payment has posted to the account. While a check may be "available" in our account, it hasn't fully cleared your account. If there are insufficient funds in your account, we will not find out until the fifth business day. We, therefore, have to wait until the sixth business day to process orders paid by check. If this is unacceptable to you, please take advantage of the bank wire payment option. Most banks offer bank wire processing through any branch location or through your online banking account. See your local bank for further details on wiring procedures.

All Online Check Payment Orders Require Checking Account Verification.

For Golden State Mint to Process Your Order, We Must Verify The Account, Funds and Buyer's Identity For the Order FIRST.

Please either email a scanned image or cellphone photo to sales@goldenstatemint.com, or fax a copy to (321) 821-0220 with the following information:

  1. Voided Check
  2. Invoice or Order Number
  3. State Identification Card or Driver License
If your information is not received within 36 hours your order may be canceled.

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment. Please assure that your funds are available and in place before proceeding with your order. If in doubt, please contact your bank for verification prior to proceeding with your transaction. If funds are not available for immediate withdrawal, you will be subject to paying a $20.00 bank fee. We do not accept payments at a later date, and post-dating is not a possibility.

Mailed Check

For Golden State Mint to Process Your Order, Please mail the following information:

  1. Payable to "Golden State Mint" *
  2. Invoice or Order Number **

Your order will not be processed without this information. If your check is not received within 10 days your order may be canceled. Please be aware, that once we receive your payment it will take 6-10 business days processing time for your check to fully clear. If funds are not available for immediate withdrawal, you will be subject to paying a $20.00 bank fee.
The mailing address and a copy of these instructions will be provided via email once an order has been placed.

* Please be sure to correctly fill out the check. Any missing information, such as a signature, will delay the processing time of your order.
** Use the memo field of your check to enter the invoice or order number. You can find your order number at the top of this email.

Bank Wire

Only accepted for orders of $1,000.00 or greater. Orders of less than $1,000.00 are not eligible for payment via bank wire due to the bank fees incurred. Bank wire payments MUST be received within 36 hours* of order placement. Bank wire instructions/ directions will be supplied as necessary.

Please remember to record your order number in the notes or memo area on the wire form.

All orders that are not paid within 36 hours will be cancelled. After your bank has sent the wire, funds are available to us the next business day. 

* Weekends and Bank Holidays will not count towards your time allowance.


Credit Card or Debit Card

Only available for orders of $5,000.00 or less. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. There will be a minimum processing time of 1 business day after your payment has been received and verified. Credit/ debit card orders MUST ship to a matching billing address due to risk of fraud. To place a credit/ debit card order, simply add the desired products to your shopping cart, and select “Credit Card” as your payment method.
