Golden State Mint's Market Loss Policy

Market Loss Policy
When transacting with GSM, once we have issued a confirmation number, all prices are locked-in whether buying from us or selling to us and may only be offset at the prevailing “Bid” Price as listed on our homepage.

Cancellations are subject to an additional $35.00 cancellation fee.

Any deficit between the price at which we sold to you (or bought from you) and the offsetting “Bid” price and/or prices, is your responsibility if those items are cancelled or returned. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of GSM. All cancelled transactions or items returned are subject to this Market Loss Policy.

No future orders may be permitted until any market loss is paid in full and your account is in good standing.

That is our Market Loss Policy.
