Golden State Mint fully insures all packages we ship, and a signature confirmation is required for delivery. When mailing valuable precious metals, discretion and protection are mandatory. Your products are securely wrapped in protective packaging, then placed in the shipping parcel along with custom-cut foam inserts to prevent the products from shifting during shipping. Our shipping labels, return address, and packaging do not give any indication of the valuable contents of the package, so you can rest assured that your packages will arrive safe and sound. All shipments from us are covered by private insurance. We are insured through Lloyds of London. Private insurance is best because a value is not attached to the contents of your package, so handlers are not aware of valuable items inside.

Orders are shipped by either UPS or USPS, at our discretion. All orders will ship within 1-7 business days of receipt of cleared funds. You will be notified by email as soon as your package(s) ships. The email will include a tracking number(s), and from that point on you can follow the package’s location, progress, estimated delivery date, and shipping notifications.

You may place an order online 24/7/365, or by phone at (800) 320-8260 M-F, 8:30 am-4:30 pm EST during live market trading days. There is no difference in price. Every product we sell is in stock and available for immediate shipment. We do not employ salespeople at our company, and there are no commissions, transaction fees or hidden charges. Our minimum order for silver is a $500 cumulative purchase.

We fully insure all of our shipments. Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you it will be covered by our insurance policy. However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any delivery service/carriers to leave parcels un-attended for you without the need for a signature. Or, you have given them instructions to leave your package with someone else such as a neighbor, building manager, drop-off location such as The UPS Store, Mail Boxes Etc., etc., YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT BE COVERED! Packages will not be left on your doorstep. Please use discernment when selecting your shipping address. When we ship to you, if metals are lost or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.
